I recently had the opportunity to stay at Eklo during my travels through Normandy. The hotel is a convenient base for exploring the region, particularly thanks to its proximity to public transport. While I found the room small, it was adequate for a single night; I wasn’t expecting luxury, just a clean place to rest after a long day. The patio area and garden furniture provided a pleasant space to unwind outdoors. I enjoyed the soundproofing of the rooms; it was quiet even with other guests around. A shared kitchen is available, which could be handy for longer stays. The laundry facilities were a plus, though not needed during my short visit. It met basic needs at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing cleanliness, Eklo delivers on that front.
